At SLH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SLH account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer concierge team with your order number to begin the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller home decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
